With the participation of our faculties, schools, and vocational schools, the 2025–2026 Academic Year Rectorate Autumn Cup Sports Tournaments will be organized for our students between 08–30 December 2025 in the branches of football, streetball, volleyball, table tennis, and chess, and for our administrative and academic staff in the branch of football.
The competition regulations and required forms are included in the attachments of the relevant official letter.
Students who wish to participate in team sports competitions are required to complete and have approved the “Team Roster List” in order to determine the athletes who will represent our program in the tournament and the faculty member responsible for the team. The approved form must be submitted to the relevant unit.
Students who wish to participate in individual sports branches are required to apply online via Google Form through the link sent to students by the Department of Health, Culture, and Sports via email and SMS.
Together with the approved lists, students must submit their application documents (health declaration form and a copy of their ID) to the Department Secretariat no later than the end of working hours on Thursday, 04 December 2025.
