  • Basic knowledge of fundamental concepts and skills in Pharmacy Services.

  • Knowledge of service processes in Pharmacy Services.

  • Ability to follow, interpret, and apply changes in professional legislation.

  • Ability to use computer programs related to the profession, write reports, and deliver effective presentations.

  • Ability to apply professional knowledge and skills, interpret and evaluate data, and identify and analyze potential problems to develop solutions.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written Turkish, and to use at least one foreign language at a minimum of A2 General Level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

  • Ability to follow national and international developments in the field and to easily adapt to innovations required by these developments while adhering to professional ethical rules.
